How do I get the vitamin D my body needs?

My own experience: I remember the first time when I found out about the importance of vitamin D for my health, I went ahead and baked myself during a one-week-vacation. My health really improved, however my skin became so wrinkle ( aged skin)....I did research and find out that when my body depleted of vitamin D, as consequence  it also depleted of other anti-oxidants like vitamin A, Bs, C, E...and other minerals too. I did many research about anti-oxidant too, and find the proper way to exposure to the sun. Allow bare skin to absorb UVB rays for vitamin D production, same time take a lot of fruit juice with vitamin C, Bs, E to neutralize the free radical by UVB, and use body cream with antioxidant vitamin ( no sun block). I have a healthy and beautiful skin now!

In my opinion, when you are in very deficient level , start with take vitamin D supplement, and other vitamin and minerals to help vitamin D absorption, then slowly exposure to the sun.  Hope my experience can help you. For me, if take it correctly, Vitamin D is much cheaper and safer than any prescription drugs.
